We hope you all enjoy their beautiful wedding at Barr Mansion.
From The Bride and Groom:
We met on a Saturday night (3/20/2010) after the Austin rodeo. We were at a dancehall hanging out with friends when Aaron walked across the room and asked me to dance. He likes to think that I asked him for a second dance later that night and from there we danced every song until the hall closed. The next day we went to the rodeo together. The day after we had dinner. That Monday night was supposed to be his last night in Austin before heading out to Virginia for TBS (Marine Corps The Basic School). On Tuesday he called to say that he had decided to cram his travel into 2 days instead of 3 and asked if I would like to have dinner once more before he moved. Of course, I said yes. That was all a little over 4 years ago. We spent 4 days together, he moved and we stayed in touch. We have been mostly long distance for the duration of our courtship. In that time, he’s lived in Quantico, Virginia, Pensacola, Florida, San Diego, California, back to Pensacola, Corpus Chrisiti, Texas, Kingsville, Texas and Cherry Point, North Carolina. I’ve lived in Austin, Texas, Pelotas, Brazil, and Houston, Texas. We’ve seen many coasts together and have grown closer and more in love with every long phone call, Skype chat, and much anticipated visits. On May 4, 2013, Aaron took me back to the place we met in Austin and with so much love and sincerity asked to marry his best friend. Of course, I said yes
