Sheena and Sam are from Pennsylvania and came into Austin for a Session . They have already been married for a while, but Sheena just wanted some pictures of the two of them! She found some awesome old luggage, which was awesome to photograph with them. Here are some of our favorites!

Beth with Exquisite Petals is a friend of ours, who is the most amazing florist in Austin! I was so excited when we got to have a little mini photo session with her!! Beth you are awesome to photograph, I had such a hard time narrowing pictures down. Anyone in looking for an amazing florist search no more! Here are my favorites.

I had the chance to photograph Little Brynn at Winfield Inn a while back. I had never done a Smash the Cake session before and it was sooo cute. She didnt know whether to eat it or just stare at it! **think she didn’t want to get into trouble .. Here are a couple of our favorites from that session! Jessica and Erika, Best friends, Barefoot in Bellagio, Italy!

We had the chance to photograph Jessica and Tom’s Engagement pictures a couple months ago. Later in in talking with Jessica, we realized we were going to be in Italy around the same time! Although her wedding dress was not ready, we thought it would be so awesome to photograph them while we were there. I mean it is Italy! Jessica and Erika are long time friends, and spent 3 weeks in Italy! They are both getting married next year, so two friends set off to explore Europe.

Now begins the story…..
We had not had the chance to talk to Jessica and Erika since we left. They had already been in Italy for around 3 weeks. We had planned to call one another a couple days prior to the photoshoot. The day before the shoot Jerry and I decided to head to Lake Como (Bellagio, Italy) early just in case, and to scope it out for pictures. Needless to say along the way we lost our phone, or it got stolen, either way it was gone. A little panicked now, since we had no way to reach Jessica and Erika, we decided once we got to Bellagio, we would head to the internet cafe. Once we put our bags in our hotel , we walked out the door in search of the closest internet cafe (if there even was one), to try and reach them…

We had no sooner taken 5 steps out the hotel doors, sitting two cafe’s down was Jessica and Erika!! No Joke! Isnt life funny and fantastic!

We then sat down and all four of us talked about our crazy experiences and adventures. We just thought we would share that little story before showing their pictures in the beautiful Bellagio, Italy!

To Jessica and Erika: We had such an awesome time with you both! We love how your pictures came out, and are so glad that we were all able to make this happen. Congratulations to you both!

Liz’s Senior Portraits!

YAY! Our first official Senior Portraits for the year. Liz was awesome! We went around downtown for some of her pictures and then headed off to Gruene, Texas for some awesome Bus and field shots. Liz is such a fun person, and I loved every minute photographing her. Here are the fav’s!

Lacy’s Pregnant!

Lacy is a great friend of mine. I feel so lucky to have met her, and even more lucky, that she keeps using us to capture her family moments. I couldn’t be more happy for her, she is having a baby girl, and I know how excited she must be. Her son Ryder came out for a couple photos as well. He is the most adorable little boy there is! As for Keith(lacys husband) dont you worry , we will get you in the mix next time for sure, you can count on it!

Here are a couple of shots we took by her house in Lakeway… So excited the bluebonnets were out! Normally I start each post off with our favorite from the session, but for some reason I am having a hard time choosing a favorite. Thanks Lacy for putting up with some of the spots and poses, They made for awesome pictures.

Sharon is a very close friend of ours, She also is a amazing photographer in the Houston area, we ended up in Fredericksburg, TX for this shoot. We were on a mission to find new and interesting places, and we stumbled upon this industrial yard, I guess you could say. We did not plan on staying in that one spot for as long as we did, but there was just so much there to photograph. Sharon is so much fun to photograph, she is so happy, and can pull of this hair toss thing we do perfect!
