Saundra looked stunning in her dress a long with her unique birdcage veil! Maris Malone Calderon of course did her gorgeous makeup, and we cannot say thank you enough to Johnell with Clearly Classy Events, who did an amazing job coordinating the day. We also cannot forget Lizama Videography. If you are looking for a videographer you should definitely check them out! Also, a special thank you to Charlotte with Number 9 Photography who shot this beautiful wedding with us.

It was at the Southwest School of Arts and Crafts! One of my favorite venues in San Antonio. Diana from I do Wedding Consulting did a phenomenal job coordinating and putting this beautiful wedding together. Our first time to meet Melanie and Marco was actually at their wedding. I knew since we instantly got a long with Melanie’s mother at our meetings that we were also going to love Melanie too! We were right! This wedding was fun, colorful and planned out perfectly. Lighting is so important for photographers, and we had plenty of great lighting, and plenty of time with the couple and the wedding party. That reason alone is why we got so many pictures of them on their big day. We cannot thank them enough for that!

Melanie and Marco, you both were so great to work with. We love your wedding pictures and hope you enjoy them for years to come! Congrats again!

So…. creative! Loved this idea Melanie and Marco had!

I had the chance to photograph Christina’s maternity session a while back. She had these amazing ideas, about how she wanted to look, which was very mother earth, which I LOVED! I always know I am going to love photographing her not only because she is gorgeous, but because she is a photographer too! We cannot say enough, how amazing Maris is! She did Christina’s makeup and it was beautiful. Also, how amazing Brizy is with Keep Austin Gorgeous. She created the most amazing fishtail braid I have ever seen, that went with a stunning headpiece created by Trisha with Visual Lyrics! And of course I cannot leave out Leah,  Christina’s Aunt who flew in from Colorado just to be able to do the incredible Henna on her belly. We all drove out to The Prairie by Rachel Ashwell in Roundtop for her session. It is by far one of our favorite new places to photograph in Texas.

Since Christina’s session, her beautiful twin babies have been born!! They came a little earlier than expected but we are happy to say that they are doing really well and are healthy! I have to say her and Mitch named their little ones the cutest names…. Abbott and Pearl !! Christina we are soooo very happy for you and Mitch. We cannot wait to see and photograph little Pearl and Abbott soon! A new and exciting chapter in your lives has just begun and it is only going to get better!

We had so much fun while they were here, maybe too much fun ;) . They are getting married this June in Sonoma, CA and we couldn’t be more excited to attend the wedding!! We went to a park in Bee Caves for their e-session, and it was such a perfect day. We love so many of their pictures it was really hard to narrow down our favorites.

We feel so lucky we had the opportunity to photograph Chi and Michael’s wedding in Aruba in 2011 ! We had never been to Aruba before and didn’t know what to expect. I mean yes we have seen beaches before, but Aruba’s beaches are like nothing we have ever seen before!! The water is so Crystal blue it literally takes your breath away. Put that with white as snow beaches and you have an amazing backdrop for a wedding. Chi and Michael’s wedding was intimate and perfect. They are such sweet people and we had such an awesome time getting to know them and their amazing family. We hope you all enjoy their wedding in Aruba!
